libopenms1.11 software package provides library for LC/MS data management and analysis - runtime, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libopenms1.11
libopenms1.11 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libopenms1.11 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libopenms1.11 *
